I. William Sizeler, AIA, Founder & Principal

Since 1966, Billy Sizeler has been responsible for more than 500 design projects, ranging from Healthcare, Campus, Sports, Recreation, Corporate, Historic Restoration, and Specialty/Large-Scale design. Billy’s skill and versatility is reflected in the rapid growth and success of his firm, which began with a staff of five. It is now several times that size, and continues to grow as major leader in Gulf South architecture.

Ian G. Thompson, AIA, RIBA, Principal and President of Sizeler Thompson Brown Architects Project Design Group, LLC

Ian’s architectural experience spans three continents.
He has managed projects in the U.S, U.K. and Africa.
In 1990, he became Vice President of Sizeler Architects. Over the years, Ian has developed an expertise in Educational, Campus, Hospitality, and Specialty/Large-Scale project design. Several of his projects have been either awarded or recognized by such organizations as the American Institute of Architects, American School & University magazine, New Orleans Magazine and Facility Management Journal.

Thomas M. Brown, AIA, Principal and President of Sizeler Thompson Brown Architects Regional Design Group, LLC

Tommy has developed a special niche in Athletic/Recreation design in the Gulf South. His focus also includes “Campus Life” facilities, Historic Restoration and Government Facility master planning and design. Besides being recognized by the American Institute of Architects and other key design organizations, Tommy has also been an important source for industry magazines, particularly regarding such topics as the impact of design on communities and campuses.

Brian Faucheux, AIA, Principal

Brian has been recognized nationally for his strong design talents. As one of the lead designers in the firm, he encourages and challenges the other design professionals to meet their design potential. The result of his efforts is quality-designed solutions and satisfied clients.

Allen Ohlmeyer, AIA, ACHE, ASHA, Principal and Director of Healthcare Design

Allen is the Principal in Charge of Sizeler Thompson Brown Architects Healthcare Design Studio. He has many years of healthcare design experience on over 12 medical campuses including Emergency Departments; Laboratories; ICU’s; Surgery Suites; CT Scanners; Vascular Imaging; and MRIs. He has also overseen master planning efforts on medical campuses. Most importantly, Allen is familiar with the issues and concerns of patients, patient families and hospital staff. Allen understands the impact of good design and planning on the healthcare industry.
