Part I – The Master Plan for Phase IV was completed in 2001 in conjunction with architects Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates and master planning firm Wallace, Roberts & Todd.
Part II - The project included the building design and programming through construction administration. Project features include the design of a 1,750,000 sf building with 525,000 sf of exhibit space, 80 conference/meeting rooms, a 60,000 sf ballroom along with extensive public concourse area and food service area. Appropriate technology resources are included for future world-wide connectivity, ranging from satellite hook-ups to audiovisual flexibility. Sizeler Thompson Brown Architects was the lead architect on this project, while TVS worked as the associate firm.
