Julia Place Condominiums Renovations

This historic structure, originally two seperate warehouse buildings in New Orleans rejuvenated Warehouse District, was converted to apartments in 1984. As part of a new mixed-use development, the project was redesigned as luxury condominiums with updated amenities. Included is a multi-story garden atrium, fitness center, rooftop clubhouse and pool. The building's entrance was also redesigned with new stainless steel/glass canopy, finishes, and lighting.
