Concourse D Expansion Phase I - Sizeler Thompson Brown Architects prepared the program, air side study, aircraft parking layouts and gate layout, and design and construction documents for the renovation and expansion of Concourse D.
Concourse D Expansion Phase II - This project involves the addition of nine new gates to the concourse.  Focusing on passenger amenities and comfort, it also adds retail services and a large food court.  All communication and security systems are fully integrated with the airlines, FAA, TSA and other airport-wide systems.
Federal Inspection Services (FIS) Facility – This renovation and addition of the Federal Inspection Services facility meets the needs of the five US AS Agencies in addition to FAA and NOIA requirements including special security and communication systems and inter-agency computer networking (IBID).
Passenger Security Checkpoint (in Concourses A, B, C & D) – TSA-mandated security upgrades were made to all passenger checkpoints.
Design of Retail Space - Sizeler Thompson Brown Architects provided design standards for new retail space at the airport.
Relocation of Continental Airlines – This project included the build out of office spaces for Continental Ticket Operations and new construction of offices and support areas for Plane Maintenance operations. It also included the relocation of Continental Airlines, ticket counters, Operations and Maintenance.
West Terminal Expansion – This project provides the West Terminal with expanded landside facilities to support the additional gates in Concourse D.
